Industrial Maintenance Mechanic (2nd shift)

Summary: Seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for 2nd shift to perform electrical services and ensure machinery operation through preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.

Requirements:

Preventive maintenance on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines. Troubleshoot mechanical device malfunctions using precision measuring instruments. Dismantle devices using hoists, cranes, and hand/power tools to remove defective parts. Inspect parts with rules, calipers, micrometers for dimensional changes. Adjust device functional parts using hand tools and measuring instruments.

Preferred Skills:

Machine shop instrumentation for fabricating repair parts. Inventory management of equipment, parts, and supplies.

Responsibilities:

Inform production workers of preventive maintenance techniques to control downtime. Prepare mechanical maintenance reports by analyzing information and trends. Maintain technical knowledge through workshops and publications. Document actions and communicate needs to ensure continuity among work teams. Comply with procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Pay Details: $29.00 to $35.00 per hour
