**Job Title:** **Industrial HVAC Technician** **Location:** Taylor, Texas **Position Overview** We are seeking a skilled **HVAC Technician** with hands-on experience operating and maintaining HVAC systems in industrial or commercial environments. After applying, an internal recruiter will reach out to you within 24-48 hours.** **Key Responsibilities** + Operate and maintain HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. + Perform routine inspections and maintenance on pumps, filters, compressed air systems, air handling units, and related components. + Execute preventive maintenance tasks including system shutdowns, LOTO procedures, commissioning, and inspections. + Conduct repairs and inspections in various environments, including rooftops, stairways, and outdoor areas. + Safely work at heights using appropriate fall protection equipment (lanyards, harnesses, tie-offs). + Communicate effectively with team members via two-way radio and mobile devices. + Adhere to all health and safety protocols and promote a safety-first culture. **Required Skills & Qualifications** + Proven experience with HVAC and refrigeration systems. + Strong troubleshooting and maintenance capabilities. + Effective verbal communication and teamwork skills. + Familiarity with fall protection and confined space procedures. + Ability to work in physically demanding environments. **Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)** + Refrigeration license or certification. + Experience in semiconductor or cleanroom environments. + Supervisory experience in electrical, construction, or industrial settings. **Work Environment** + Large warehouse setting with provided in-warehouse transportation. + Physically active role requiring extended periods on foot. + Work conditions may include exposure to dust and outdoor elements. **Why Join Us?** Become part of a team that values safety, collaboration, and professional growth.
