In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of innovation, shaping the future of the Industrial Heat Pump division with cutting-edge solutions and technologies. Your deep expertise in heat pump systems and market insight will be the driving force behind transforming groundbreaking ideas into successful projects.

Areas of Responsibilities:

Develop business strategies for Danfoss solutions in the industrial heat pump sector. Lead the Heat Pump solutions portfolio, from idea generation to project execution. Work collaboratively in a matrix environment with various product lines within Danfoss. What You’ll Be Doing

 

Conduct market investigations for industrial heat pump technologies below and above 80°C process temperature. Lead ideation processes through workshops and customer meetings to deliver innovation projects. Create component roadmaps for industrial heat pumps across various technologies (HFO, HFC, HC, CO2, Ammonia). Identify cross-divisional opportunities for development and sales in the heat pump market in cooperation with the heat pump solution director. Collaborate with divisions and functions within the DCS segment matrix to align on opportunities and product development initiatives from ideas to concepts. Engage with industries to generate business leads and convert them into revenue for Danfoss. Be an active member of the Danfoss Heat Pump community to enhance understanding and execute strategies. Participate in industry trade associations, expositions, conferences, and symposia to network and raise Danfoss brand awareness. What We're Looking For

 

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field of thermodynamical engineering. 3 to 5 years of experience in designing industrial heat pump or industrial refrigeration systems. Strong technical knowledge of CO2/Ammonia systems. Openness to other technologies (i.e., HFOs, HFCs or HC). Experience in project management and decision-making within a cross-functional setup and large stakeholder environment. Excellent problem-solving skills; strong commitment to achieve objectives. Organized, structured, resilient, proactive, and self-driven. Team player with the capacity to work with and through others in a global matrix organization. Ability and willingness to travel up to 30%, domestically and internationally. Fluent in English is a must, any other language is a plus. What You'll Get from Us
