Are you a Safety Professional with a strong background in manufacturing looking to make a change?  Our client, based in the Martinsburg area is looking for your expertise to support their modern, well-designed site to ensure a continued track record of safe operations.  In this role, you will:

Lead health and safety programs, including training, audits, and compliance. Champion Behavioral-Based Safety (BBS) initiatives and the annual safety campaign. Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions. Oversee safety reporting, Worker’s Compensation, and Fire Protection programs. Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO 45001, and other relevant regulations.Well qualified candidates will bring: A Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field. 5+ years of health and safety experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment. CSP certification or related certification is highly preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
