**Job Title: Industrial Floor Coater** **Job Description** The Industrial Floor Coater is responsible for preparing surfaces for coating applications, mixing and applying various types of floor coatings, and ensuring the quality and durability of the finished work. This role requires operating and maintaining equipment used in the coating process and following safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. **Responsibilities** + Prepare surfaces for coating application, including cleaning, sanding, and repairing floors. + Mix and apply various types of floor coatings, such as epoxy, polyurethane, and other industrial-grade materials. + Operate and maintain equipment used in the coating process, including sprayers, grinders, and polishers. + Ensure proper application techniques to achieve desired finish and durability. + Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. + Inspect completed work to ensure quality and adherence to specifications. + Assist in the setup and cleanup of job sites. + Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project progress and any issues. **Essential Skills** + Experience in floor coating or a related field. + Knowledge of different types of floor coatings and their applications. + Ability to operate and maintain coating equipment. + Strong attention to detail and quality. + Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor. + Excellent communication and teamwork skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Willingness to travel to various job sites as needed. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values quality workmanship and provides opportunities for professional growth.
