Industrial Engineering Technician

Summary: Seeking a detail-oriented Industrial Engineering Technician to optimize manufacturing processes, improve efficiency, and support quality and production initiatives.

HS diploma required; Degree in Industrial Engineering Technology or related field preferred

2+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering environment

Proficiency in Siemens NX, Solid Edge, or similar CAD software and productivity tools

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, workflows, and equipment

Experience with ERP systems

Familiarity with time study and work measurement techniques

Knowledge of quality standards like ISO 9001-2018, OSHA

Responsibilities:

Assist in designing and improving manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency

Monitor production activities to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions

Evaluate tools, machinery, and equipment for improved productivity and safety

Create and update work instructions, process documentation, and SOPs

Implement process changes with production staff to ensure smooth operations

Train employees on new processes, tools, or equipment

Support cost analysis to reduce production costs while maintaining quality



Pay Details: $28.00 to $33.00 per hour
