The team you will be a part of The Engineering team discovers, develops and evaluates new product ideas, enhancements, or strategic product extensions, and translates research discoveries into usable and marketable products. Leads, plans and tracks all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to introduction into the marketplace. Coordinates with various functions to ensure successful product development and implementation.This role in summary

The Industrial Engineering Manager is responsible for supervising plant industrial engineers. The person in this position will interact with management to develop hourly and salary staffing plans and lead actions to achieve productivity objectives. The selected individual will interact with production management on a daily basis regarding all matters related to staffing requirements as well as support the development of direct and indirect labor budgets with Manufacturing NPI teams. 

Your responsibilities will include The Industrial Engineering Manager  is responsible for labor tracking (standard/non-standard)Labor studiesDevelopment of Ergonomics studies and manpower planning/leveling/adjustments according to assembly plants' production schedulesAdministrative Manufacturing production system supportNew program system design reviews and optimization (Routers, Standardized work, Standard costing, minibill)World Class Manufacturing deployment through focused and systematic pillar integrationMinimum requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering5+ years of manufacturing engineering experienceWorld Class Manufacturing understandingPreferred skills and experiences Process development, and/or project management experience preferredProcess development, advanced technical degrees, and black belt certification desired. Proven success in leading projects from inception through completion with direct responsibility for execution. Excellent communication skillsAdditional information
