Job Summary

Supports the Industrial Engineering team in planning, designing, and improving production systems to ensure efficiency, reliability, cost control, and workflow optimization. Focuses on studying operations, evaluating workflows, and recommending methods for maximum utilization of equipment and personnel.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Monitor and improve daily quality and efficiency for assigned areasDesign and procure tooling, equipment, and workstationsCoordinate layout changes and workstation movesPrepare time estimates and analyze time study dataReduce changeover time through standardized setupsEnsure preventive maintenance complianceReduce machine and manual assembly scrap through data analysis and corrective actionsAnalyze workforce utilization, layouts, costs, and schedulesFollow all safety regulations and company security proceduresPerform other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Knowledge Requirements

Understanding of industrial engineering tools (work measurement, process mapping, layout design, etc.)Strong analytical and communication skillsAbility to implement continuous improvement and cost reduction initiativesProficient in Microsoft Office, Visio, Project, and AutoCAD
