Are you passionate about our engines and transmissions and want to advance the industrialization of our assembly processes?

Responsibility for industrialization in engine and transmission assembly to realize new products in a short time, at optimal investment and product costs, and at the same time with high quality until implementation in series production Management of multidisciplinary industrialization projects in close cooperation with the surrounding departments of design, quality assurance, production, and external service providersIntroduction of new technologies and methods for the ongoing development of the industrialization processPlanning, coordination, and implementation of automation projects in assembly—from the initial idea and specifications to supplier selection, successful commissioning, and handover to productionCritical analysis of existing assembly processes and workflows, as well as derivation and implementation of optimization potential using lean methods (e.g., CIP, 5S, value stream analysis) Designing ergonomic and safe assembly workstations, taking into account efficiency, quality, and employee well-beingCreating and maintaining process documentation and assembly documents, as well as training assembly and maintenance employees on new processes and systems

 

Your skills and experiences

Completed apprenticeship or HTL in the field of design, mechanical engineering, manufacturing technology, production engineeringSeveral years of relevant professional experience in a manufacturing company as an industrial engineer or assembly planner, or alternatively in work preparation, time management, component processing, or product designKnow-how in project management, investment planning, assembly technologies, and automationKnowledge of LEAN and FMEA is an advantageEnthusiasm for complex assembly lines and experience with combustion engines desirableAnalytical thinking, a structured, solution-oriented approach to work, and the ability to drive projects forward independentlyStrong communicator and team player with a pronounced hands-on mentality and the desire to make things happen and improve themVery good German and good English skills are required

 

We offer
You will be offered an exciting position in an international company with many interesting benefits and diverse development opportunities. The minimum salary for this position is EUR 52,197.04 gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer an attractive and performance-related salary with corresponding overpayment.
