Job Description

What Will You Do?

The position will develop, recommend, and implement changes that improve manufacturing processes and/or product quality. The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment is essential for success at General Motors.

Key Responsibilities:

Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.Develop and analyze master production schedules to monitor progress and identify performance issues.Apply critical path methodology for network development and problem-solving.Optimize workflow and operation sequencing.Create crew plans and resource allocation strategies.Develop metrics to track progress and mitigate risks.Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and resolve complex issues.Provide technical support to manufacturing, maintenance, and production teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.Experience in a manufacturing environment.Proficient English.Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
