We are currently recruiting an Industrial Engineer who can design, analyze, and optimize complex manufacturing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement by collecting and analyzing data, and then design and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities

Define and validate requirements for new and revised manufacturing systems.

Research, develop, analyze, design and test production systems using engineering and scientific principles.

Conduct workflow design and analysis for complex manufacturing operations.

Conduct production planning, simulation, and deployment, and optimization, disruption forecast, impact prediction, prioritizing work, visualization.

Apply industrial engineering concepts, approaches and techniques to product, process and services to meet program requirements

Participate in the evaluation of new techniques and technological developments for integration into the production process and service operations

Develop models, databases and spreadsheets to analyze data and provide summary analysis and metrics for consultation to leaders

Provide production, supply chain logistics, performance visibility and recovery planning support

Support research, design, development, and implementation of processes and tools to enhance schedule performance, lower cost, and improve quality for large scale systems integration and asset utilization

Supports the development of factory layouts, capacity plans, sequencing of operations and workflows

Understand and identify the user’s strivings, goals, behavior patterns, and model scenarios of user’s interaction.

Develop and deploy new or revised processes in support of new computing systems, including documentation and training.

Develop system integration strategies and architectures that promote use of common tools and processes.

Run tests to ensure code strings perform the correct functions.

Build reusable code for future use.

Independently manages, defines, negotiates, and controls the scope cost and timing of projects and performs risk analysis using project management tools

Supports execution planning by using project management, planning and scheduling practices

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in computer science, mechanical / aerospace / electronic engineering, aviation or related fields.

Proficient in development and verification of time-driven or discrete-event simulations of manufacturing operations to build a digital twin for streamlining production processes

Experience with development of digital twin

Experience with formulating, implementing, and validating global optimization and algorithms for aerospace engineering, manufacturing, or supply chain applications

Experience with MQTT, Kafka, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Unity, Unreal Engine, Ansys, Simulink, AI/ML

Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, multinational teams

Understanding systems and software engineering for ERP, MES, PLM, SCM.

Good problem-solving skills.

Excellent project management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.

Fluency or understanding of specific languages, such as Java, Python, C++, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL Query.

Fluency or understanding of database management systems, operating systems, and CI (Continuous integration) / CD (Continuous delivery).

Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

Experience in the following areas: Aerospace, Product Development, Manufacturing System & Technology, Smart Factory, IoT, Digital Thread, Ontology, Lean, Software Integration, Communications Systems and Networks, Data Analytics and Information Management, awareness of Product Safety and Certification.
