The core responsibilities of this role include: Analyze and optimize our production processes, focusing on enhancing efficiency, reducing waste, and improving quality. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement systems that meet industry standards and ensure compliance. Additionally, you will provide training and support to staff on new processes, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Industrial Engineer


The Industrial Engineer role has a national salary range of $70,000 - $115,000.

For roles within Washington is $77,969 - $115,000.

In this role, you'll be exposed to multiple operations of different sizes, with different products and processes. You'll work independently to manage deadlines and prioritize your workload in a manner that enables you to achieve results. You'll provide support with layout, design, improvement, and implementation that enables our sites to achieve peak performance. You'll champion Continuous Improvement initiatives and projects for the customer, and you'll identify and implement cost reduction, quality, safety, and ergonomic improvements. Your voice will be heard loud and clear in management circles, and you'll deliver results that have a direct impact on company profitability.

Required Education and Experience


Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent, required0-4 years of experience in distribution or logistics, requiredExperience with distribution, logistics, project management, preferred
