Job Description

This position is responsible for improving cycle time, process capacity, space usage, safety, and ergonomics within the material handling and logistics environment.

ResponsibilitiesConduct MOST Time Studies to evaluate and improve processes.Manage projects to enhance efficiency and productivity.Design and implement new systems and functions to optimize operations.Drive process and continuous improvement initiatives.Benchmark new and innovative solutions to stay competitive.Essential SkillsProficiency in industrial engineering concepts.Strong background in process improvement and continuous improvement.Experience in lean manufacturing.Certification in MOST.Proficiency in time studies.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree with 1-5 years of applicable experience.Excellent communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.Experience in manufacturing and/or logistics.Work Environment

This role is based in a sequencing center warehouse. The environment requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure efficient material handling and logistics operations.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $85000.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Lincoln,AL.
