Description
\t\t\t\t\tDevelops layouts and concepts for the plant for new and existing processes in the operation.- Keeps the CAD layout of the plant up to date - Designs, quotes, orders, and expedites material handling equipment- Performs methods and workflow analysis to select the most appropriate tools and equipment for individual processes.- Conduct time studies, process improvement plans, and PFEMAs- Participates in training programs for both industrial engineering and supervisory personnel- Establishes and periodically audits labor cost standards by either predetermined and/or stopwatch labor measurement systems- Supplies data for evaluation of potential capital expenditures by preparing an analysis of current versus proposed processing.- Reviews technical literature to keep up to date and to implement the latest technology.- Review and analyze daily labor reports and take corrective action.- This position will support product launches, equipment installations, and process improvements.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $40.00/hr.
