Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Industrial Controls Technicians for projects located in and around Woodland, WA. This is a full time opportuntiy with a pay range of up to $55/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial control systems, including PLCs and robotics
Support automation and mechatronics projects from concept to implementation
Implement Lean Manufacturing concepts for process and efficiency improvements
Integrate and maintain ERP and automation systems
Provide both hands-on and systems-level troubleshooting for electrical and mechanical equipment
Requirements:
Associate’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or Electrical Trade School required; Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering preferred
Minimum of 3 years in industrial electrical, electronic, and mechanical maintenance/engineering
Experience with automation, robotics, and mechatronics preferred
Demonstrated proficiency in PLC programming
Strong problem-solving skills with advanced technical knowledge
Hands-on troubleshooting and systems integration experience
Computer proficiency, including MS Office and ERP systems
