**Description** **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Industrial Controls Technicians** for projects located in and around **Woodland, WA** . This is a full time opportuntiy with a pay range of **up to $55/hour** based on experience and skill level. If you are an Industrial Controls Technician and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! **Job Scope:** + Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial control systems, including PLCs and robotics + Support automation and mechatronics projects from concept to implementation + Implement Lean Manufacturing concepts for process and efficiency improvements + Integrate and maintain ERP and automation systems + Provide both hands-on and systems-level troubleshooting for electrical and mechanical equipment **Requirements:** + Associate’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or Electrical Trade School required; Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering preferred + Minimum of 3 years in industrial electrical, electronic, and mechanical maintenance/engineering + Experience with automation, robotics, and mechatronics preferred + Demonstrated proficiency in PLC programming + Strong problem-solving skills with advanced technical knowledge + Hands-on troubleshooting and systems integration experience + Computer proficiency, including MS Office and ERP systems + Basic hand tools + Standard PPE **Company Details** Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
