We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Industrial Cleaning Team Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in Stevenage.

As a Industrial Cleaning Team Supervisor you'll: 

Provide comprehensive industrial cleaning across campus, including external and internal areasPerform tasks such as jet washing, high-level cleaning, window and glass cleaning, upholstery care, and outdoor fixture maintenanceLead as the subject matter expert working at height operations, ensuring safety and complianceManage Permit to Work processes and promote a zero-harm safety culture and oversee third-party contractors, risk assessments, and all relevant health and safety documentation. Ensure compliance with statutory, legislative, and client requirements; maintain accurate records and SOPsSupport GxP/GMP laboratory cleaning proceduresOversee daily operations, scheduling, and reactive requests via ServiceNowManage and develop the ICT team, ensuring training, performance, and HR issues are handled effectivelyAssist with asset management and preventative maintenanceDrive operational excellence, safety, and high standardsBuild strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure service quality

What we're looking for:

Essential Qualifications and Skills: 

Valid UK Driving LicenseProven leadership and people management experienceStrong focus on health and safety complianceProactive and highly organizedExcellent attention to detailCustomer-oriented mindsetEffective communicator, both written and verbalIT proficiency in Microsoft Office, Permit to Work systems, Salesforce (Salus), and SAP
