What you'll do: 

As an ICT Operative, you will play a vital role in elevating campus cleanliness by delivering comprehensive industrial cleaning services across internal and external areas. Your work will ensure a safe, healthy, and attractive environment for all campus users.

Key Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties across various areas including car parks, pathways, garden furniture, walls, ceilings, windows, and glass surfaces.Conduct high-level cleaning such as walls, vents, and HVAC grilles.Maintain outdoor fixtures like lamp posts, signage, and pedestrian walkways.Support pest and waste removal activities, including safe disposal of pests and bird guano.Assist in specialist lab cleaning in GxP and general laboratories.Respond to ad hoc cleaning requests via our Customer Service Portal (ServiceNow).Support working at height activities, ensuring safety and compliance.Uphold a safety-first attitude by promoting Sodexo’s Zero Harm culture and safety rules.Support seasonal safety efforts like snow and ice clearance during winter months.Support asset management and ensure compliance with all health and safety protocols.Support the Supervisor in ‘Permit to Work' activities, including hosting third-party contractors whilst on-site.
