💼 What You’ll Be Doing (aka Your Mission)

You're not just cleaning—you’re maintaining the heartbeat of the plant! You'll:

🧽 Scrub, wipe, and blast away paint overspray from windows, stairs, ceilings, and concrete in and around our Paint Booth Stations using approved industrial cleaners and tools.

💪 Get hands-on with project clean-ups, including lifting and removing metal floor grates (think: mini strength workout).

🚿 Operate cool gear like pressure washers and hydraulic scrapers to keep things spotless.

🧰 Swap filters & keep air clean – even if it means squeezing into tight spaces from time to time.

⚠️ Spot problems fast – report equipment issues to your supervisor to keep everything running smoothly.

🔑 May need to lock/unlock doors and join quick team huddles (training sessions) to stay sharp and safe.

You're the kind of person who:

Has a high attention to detail – you notice when things are off and jump in to fix them.

Can handle hot, dusty, or messy environments like a pro (don’t worry, we’ve got the PPE!).

Isn’t afraid of heights or tight spaces – ladders and confined areas are part of the gig!

Shows up on time, every time – your team counts on you.

Can read and follow instructions (you'll get training, but staying sharp is key).

🧠 Bonus Skills (aka Superpowers)

Previous experience in industrial or automotive cleaning? Awesome.

Able to work solo or as part of a team? Even better.

Comfortable operating machinery? Nice!

💪 Physical Requirements

This is a hands-on role! You’ll need to:

Stand, walk, climb, kneel, and get into the nitty-gritty of the workspace.

Be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Use your hands and vision for precision work.

🌍 The Work Environment

You’ll be working in a loud, fast-paced, sometimes messy environment (it’s a car plant, after all). Safety first—training is provided for everything including:
