Promote HSEQ corporate policy among his team and the companyContribute in the implementation and the respect of HSEQ policies of the groupApply TOTAL HSE policy and 12 golden rulesDevelop a high level of ownership of the Group's golden rules by sharing the safety culture with his team and partnersApply & implement the Anti-corruption, Antitrust Compliance and Integrity Policies and Program  Apply the entire ethical approach and TOTAL code of conduct values between the staff Set strategic direction per segment and industry to deliver the results in line with the long-term plan and the ambitions of the companyPrepare monthly targets by sales segment, monitor individual and global channel performanceMonitor the sales activity (volume, margins and overdue payments)Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular sites visits and ensure that the customers receive the required service level of satisfaction Negotiate and sign new profitable long-term contractsCarry out a study for pricing in tenders compared to competition upon each tender and propose creative ideas to acquire the businessSet a clear pricing strategy for the market segments and follow up the implementation of this strategyFocus on customer retention and improving overall customer satisfactionBuild profitable sales with current customers and demonstrate commitment to prospecting and new business developmentMonitor all the competitors’ activities and take necessary actions and plan the strategies accordinglyFollow up on capex investmentsCarry out monthly forecast report with highest possible accuracyDevelop cross selling with TOM-Card & Fuel Teams to reach comprehensive dealsMonitor the visit reports and the prospection plan of the teamMonitoring the sales team action plan, discussing the weekly progressOrganize training for staff ensuring maximal sales efficiencyOrganize twice monthly meeting with his Team and a quarterly business review with his managerReport highlights and results monthly to his managerFollow up on SALSA reports and make sure all Sales team are using the tool and achieving monthly targets (prospection/new opportunities/visit reports) Propose monthly trade promotion for the channel (focus on upgrading, specialties, slow movers)
