As the Indonesia Sales Development Manager for the Bioscience Division, your ability to able to think strategically and act locally as the commercial lead to grow our channels led bioscience business in Indonesia will be pivotal to drive business growth and success!
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement and build an Indonesia bioscience business strategy to achieve the division's goalsDevelop strong and sustainable relationships with key accounts or other distribution channels.Identify new business opportunities and determine their potential to drive growth.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class solutions to our clients.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to compete effectively.Foster and maintain relationships with key collaborators to ensure flawless project implementation.Achieve sales targets and contribute to the division's overall success.Requirements5+ years of proven experience in business development, distributor partner management, or other customer facing commercial roles.Proven sales track record in business development, preferably in the bioscience sector.Good network for in-country distributors & deep relationship in the bioscience sector.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work strictly within deadlines and manage multiple projects.Strong analytical skills to determine market needs and customer requirements.Able to collaborate in a matrixed environment working with team with varied strengthsAble to travel when neededBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, IT, Bioscience, or a related field.Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
