Job DescriptionAssist the Demand & Sourcing Manager in purchasing for the petrochemistry material fieldSupport requests for quotations from suppliersSupport project creation, follow-up, and preparation of tendersContribute directly to special projects and cost-saving activitiesSupport preparation and execution of negotiations with suppliersAssist in solving complex problems with permanent solutionsSupport operational issue resolution with related departments (internal customers)Assist in communication with suppliers and internal business partnersSupport updating supplier information using digital tools

Qualifications3rd or 4th-year Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Public Relations, or related fieldsFluency in English (excellent written and spoken command)Available to work a minimum of 3 days per week during the school termResidency in Istanbul is a mustStrong coordination and high communication skills with teamwork abilitiesHighly social personality with excellent interpersonal communication skillsEager to learn, dynamic, and willing to take initiativesResult-oriented with problem-solving, analytical, and proactive approachHigh attention to detailGood command of MS Office applications, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint
