Indirect Procurement Manager
The Impact You'll Make

The Indirect Procurement Manager is tasked with spearheading and overseeing the acquisition of goods and services that are not directly tied to production. This role involves coordinating efforts with sourcing colleagues worldwide, collaborating with analysts and project teams to negotiate contractual agreements that fulfill business requirements, streamlining supplier processes, and implementing strategies to enhance productivity, quality, and fulfillment through robust supplier partnerships

This is an onsite position at our Turbocor Global Headquarters in Tallahassee, FL.

What You’ll Be Doing Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for indirect materials and services to drive cost savings, quality, and fulfillment through best-in-class practices and supplier consolidation

Negotiate and manage supplier contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms, SLAs, and resolution of disputes

Develop and implement sourcing strategies across all indirect spend categories, leveraging market insights and internal data

Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular spend analyses to identify cost reduction and value improvement opportunities

Build and maintain vendor relationships, including onboarding, performance tracking, and continuous improvement

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support procurement goals and align sourcing strategies with business needs

Prepare reports on cost savings, project performance, and procurement activities; review and support contract documentation, bids, and proposals What We're Looking For

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or Finance

Minimum of 5 years solid strategic sourcing, supply chain or commercial experience including 2 years managing one/several commodities independently

Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sourcing project plans across multiple business units and global locations

Strong expertise in contract development, negotiation, and lifecycle management

Demonstrated skill in fact-based negotiations that drive value and long-term supplier partnerships

Willingness and ability to travel up to 20%, both domestically and internationally

Strong business and financial acumen with a track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving change across all organizational levels

Demonstrated global mindset with a deep understanding of market dynamics, supplier ecosystems, and business strategy. 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

C.P.M. or C.P.I.M. and/or PMP certification is a plus

Technology Savvy with a strong working knowledge of MS Office Applications, specifically Excel, power BI  What You'll Get from Us
