The role develops and executes an action plan to enhance channel partners' capabilities by setting measurable goals, providing targeted training and resources, and driving partner results. The role formulates future strategic directions for Partner Sales, defines short-term goals, and manages resources to meet strategic objectives. The role participates in recruiting, onboarding, and evaluating partner accounts, manages team talent, and builds networks with key contacts. 필립스코리아 Sleep & Respiratory Care 비즈니스의 Indirect Channel Sales를 담당할 분을 채용합니다. 본 포지션은 필립스 S&RC 채널 파트너의 발굴, 육성 및 성과 관리를 총괄하며, 교육과 리소스 제공을 통해 파트너의 영업 역량을 강화하고 시장 목표 달성을 주도합니다. 파트너 세일즈 전략과 실행 계획을 수립·운영하며, 목표 설정, 협상, 운영 프로세스 및 성과 리포팅 전반을 관리합니다. 또한 파트너 온보딩과 평가를 주도하고 핵심 이해관계자 네트워크를 구축하여, 단기 성과 창출과 중장기 파트너 세일즈 성장 전략을 동시에 추진합니다. **Key Areas of Responsibilities:** + Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue generation through indirect channels. + Identify and recruit potential resellers, distributors, and partners to expand our indirect sales network. + Build and maintain strong business relationships with existing and new indirect sales partners. + Provide product training and sales support to indirect sales partners to ensure their success in promoting and selling our products/services. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer support, to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging and support. + Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and recommend adjustments to sales strategies. + Conduct regular performance reviews with indirect sales partners to assess their performance, address any issues, and provide guidance for improvement. + Analyze sales data and generate reports to track performance, identify trends, and make informed business decisions. + Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in indirect sales. **Qualifications & Requirements:** + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Biomedical engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience). + Proven 3-10 years experience in indirect sales or channel management, preferably in the healthcare industry. + Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. + Strong negotiation and influencing skills to drive sales growth through indirect channels. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines. + Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage pipeline, and generate reports. + Knowledge of the healthcare market and competitive landscape is a plus. + Willingness to travel as needed to meet with indirect sales partners, attend industry events, and participate in training sessions **About Philips:** We are a health technology company.
