Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Information Systems. A Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or Information Systems or a Ph.D in the relevant field will be given high priority. It is vital that the applicant possess experience in information technology, leadership, and process analysis. The applicant is expected to be at least LEAN / Six Sigma Black Belt certified or similar and possess experience in being able to apply Six Sigma tools during the process analysis with ease. The ideal candidate should have driven transformation in a single function in a mid-to-large sized organization and be able to define strategy, blueprint it, demo functionality and drive business process workshops (with at least 10 attendees within a function or across functions). Experience of having supported a Product Owner will be highly preferred. He/she should be familiar with standard process taxonomies e.g., APQC or equivalent and be able to bring along industry best practices of Oracle (or similar ERP) deployment in a large enterprise using standard KPIs. Experience driving value with RPA, Machine Learning, AI, Blockchain, IoT and Cloud are a plus. 5+ years of experience in Order-to-Cash business processes and systems (Oracle EBS or SAP or similar, Salesforce, CPQ tools, etc.) with a minimum of 3 end-to-end implementations from project preparation to go-live. A minimum of 3 years of consulting experience with solid business process fit gap or establishment of operating models in a Finance function. Broad business development and pre-sales background is desirable. At least 3 years of implementation or migration experience with Oracle suite of products. Team Lead experience on at least 1 Full life cycle project of Order-to-Cash Excellent written as well as verbal communication skills for effective presentation of both technical and non-technical information to audience from a varying background. At least 2 years of experience with digital BPR
