IND Business Manager
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: In charge of IND business growth and booking. IND channel management to grow channel business. Business development of new industry & application Develop strategic plans by evaluating internal & external marketing investigations like market trending, market size, install base, industry/customer needs, competitive state etc. .  Managing project funnel to be properly updated, analyses them and anticipates project based business trend manages key project strategic actions and status to be properly updated and shared with all relevant members  Analyses order database to understand run rate and KOB trends of business  Face customers in target opportunities to deliver vision and value messages and identify power sponsor with sales person, and produce unique solution with lockout specification to control competition  Alignment with AP & global resources  Additionally support PRV business in EPC & domestic market   For This Role, You Will Need: Customer Focus Business Attitude Collaboration Self-Motivated Business Acumen Interpersonal Savvy Developing personal competency Presentation Skill   Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Business administration, Social science preferred. Minimum 10 years of experience with marketing & business development or sales for process automation or relevant industries Experience in working with product management, sales, customers, and partners preferred Experience in direct & indirect sales, product marketing and strategic marketing planning preferred Effective verbal and written communication especially strong English Willing to travel
