The Manager, Income Tax Accounting leads all aspects of income tax accounting and reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and year\u2011end tax provisions and financial statement disclosures. This role partners closely with third\u2011party tax preparers, manages income tax audits, and leads a team of tax professionals. The position plays a key role in ongoing growth initiatives and an upcoming general ledger system upgrade. While scoped at the Manager level, candidates with Director\u2011level experience may be considered.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting required; CPA strongly preferred
6+ years of corporate income tax experience in public accounting or a large corporate environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to partner cross\u2011functionally
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle ambiguity in a fast\u2011growing environment
Willingness to work on\u2011site in Springfield, MO and commit long\u2011term to the location
