The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering food and beverage orders efficiently to the inclusive clubs' guests. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** + Assists with setting up buffet lines with appropriate equipment for each event’s menu + Assists with transporting food to and from kitchens at the start and end of each event + Takes drink orders following alcohol serving guidelines; Utilizes point of sale system to input drink orders accurately + Set ups, maintains and breaks down server stations + Ensures Server Assistants are maintaining buffet lines throughout the event; Helps replenish food and maintain buffet line cleanliness + Cleans workspace and pantries at the end of each event by following sanitation procedures + Helps create an overall enjoyable dining experience and promotes a safe, clean and neat environment for guests and other associates + Exhibits exceptional communication skills with all management, staff and guests + Gets along well with others, demonstrates flexibility and patience; possesses an interest in people; Maintains composure under pressure + Demonstrates knowledge of building amenities to answer guest questions and provide directions + Perform other duties as assigned **Qualifications** + High-School Diploma or GED equivalent. + Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. + Minimum (1) year of server/waitstaff experience. + Minimum (1) year of food and beverage service and hospitality experience. + Ability to walk or stand for long periods. + Valid state-approved Food Handler's certification. + Valid TABC or state-approved Liquor certification. **Apply to Levy today!** _Levy is a member of Compass Group USA_ Click here to Learn More about the Compass Story (http://www.compass-usa.com/our-story/) **Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
