The Role
The Incident Manager at Kyndryl is responsible for leading the resolution of critical incidents, ensuring the operational continuity of IT services for strategic clients such as Pemex. This role requires technical expertise, coordination skills under pressure, and experience in complex infrastructure environments.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the resolution of high-priority incidents (P1/P2), ensuring response times align with SLAs.
Serve as the point of contact between technical teams, clients, and support areas.
Use tools such as ServiceNow, OBMC by Remedi, and Jira to track and document incidents
Participate in post-mortem reviews to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
Generate executive reports and performance metrics related to incident management.
Collaborate with security, monitoring, and operations teams to prevent recurrence.
Desired Profile
Previous experience in roles such as technical support analyst, NOC operator, service desk specialist, support coordinator, shift lead, problem analyst, or change coordinator.
Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring and security systems.
Intermediate to advanced English (evaluated during the interview process).
Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills under pressure.

Required skills and Expertise
Minimum of 3+ year of familiarity and expertise in IT, with a related career in IT as a systems engineer, electronics, and knowledge in programming languages and operating systems.
Knowledge in Infrastructure and security systems monitoring
Knowledge in ServiceNow
Knowledge in OBMC by Remedi for monitoring.
Knowledge in Jira for task and incident tracking.
