The Incentives Manager will be responsible for driving incentive-related planning and execution, managing P&L and cost analyses, and providing financial insights to support decision-making at a regional level. The ideal candidate will combine solid financial and business acumen with a good understanding of government programs and local regulations. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** + Lead financial tracking, reporting, and analysis of RHQ-related incentive programs. + Develop ad hoc financial analyses and manage budget monitoring activities to support RHQ operations. + Conduct detailed P&L, cost, and variance analysis to identify risks and opportunities on specific projects. + Coordinate with finance, legal, and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with government incentive requirements and milestones. + Support financial due diligence and analysis as needed for special projects.
