How will you make an impact in this role?
Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.
Drive inbound and outbound sales activities to convert leads into customers.
Achieve individual performance targets and KPIs while contributing to overall business sales goals, maintaining high quality standards on customer interactions.
Maintain a thorough understanding of processes, products, and procedures, ensuring strict adherence to all regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements.
Demonstrate readiness and commitment to comply with all internal policies, legal standards, and regulatory guidelines at all times.
Utilize approved sales tools and systems to improve prospect-to-customer conversion rates.
Deliver best-in-class merchant service and a superior customer experience.
Proactively share feedback and ensure timely resolution of customer queries and concerns.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure end-to-end closure of new and existing leads.
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate with up to 2 years of experience in Tele Sales and/or Customer Care; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Prior experience in an inbound customer care environment with a results-driven approach is preferred.
Ability to build and leverage strong customer relationships and confidently deliver sales propositions.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and convert prospects.
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent negotiation and objection handling skills and proven ability to consistently deliver excellent results in challenging and competitive environments.
Be a skilled communicator who uses active listening to quickly gain an understanding of clients' needs and communicate in a clear, concise, articulate manner.
Ability to build and leverage strong relationships and confidently deliver a sales proposition.
Problem solving and conflict resolution skills.

Prior knowledge or experience in financial services or ANZ market is a plus.
