Job Description
As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in converting leads and onboarding partners. You will engage in consultative sales calls to understand partner needs, present the program's value, and ensure a seamless transition into the system.
Responsibilities
Respond to and qualify inbound leads from prospective partners.Conduct consultative sales calls to understand partner needs and present the value of the program.Guide partners through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition.Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in CRM systems.Meet or exceed monthly KPIs, including call volume, conversion rates, and partner activation goals.Provide feedback to leadership on lead quality, market trends, and customer insights.Essential Skills
2+ years of inside sales or business development experience, preferably in logistics, retail, or tech.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.Comfortable making high volumes of calls and managing multiple leads simultaneously.Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.Salesforce experience preferred.Work Environment
This is a hybrid role with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, requiring two days a week in the office. The position offers a long-term contract with eligibility for two weeks of paid time off after a successful six-month performance review

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.50 - $26.50/hr.
