Qualifications:
2+ years of inside sales or business development experience, preferably in logistics, retail, or tech
Experience handling inbound/ outbound calls
Experience with CRM tools (salesforce a plus)
Ability to work with inbound leads

As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will be pivotal in converting leads into partners. Your role will involve engaging with prospective partners to understand their needs and presenting the value of our delivery program. You will guide partners through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition and successful integration into the program.
Responsibilities
Respond to and qualify inbound leads from prospective partners.Conduct consultative sales calls to understand partner needs.Guide partners through the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition into the program.Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in CRM systems.Meet or exceed monthly KPIs including call volume, conversion rates, and partner activation goals.Provide feedback to leadership on lead quality, market trends, and customer insights.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Santa Monica, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $32.00 - $32.00/hr.
