**The Impact You'll Make**
As our Inbound Planner, you’ll play a key role in Implementation of continuous improvement activities to enhance operational efficiency.

You’ll collaborate with teams and take ownership of responsibilities, helping us move toward a more inclusive future.
**What You’ll Be Doing**
+ Participating in developing the Inbound strategy global and local. This insures that the strategy and the polices are aligned with the overall Danfoss strategy and supporting the supply chain "must win battles" and support the local strategy/focus areas.
+ Participate in the global management team, participate in the factory management team, work cross functional, focus on establishing a close cooperation between you and your counterpart on other AC factories to secure alignment.
+ Leading, developing and securing the right competences in the Inbound team. This will bring high motivated and dedicated employees. Secure documentation of processes, evaluation and development, development cross plants, development across business units and across other industrial areas and secure best practice. By this we create the foundation to become world class logistic.
+ Establish close cooperation with the suppliers, work with continues improvements, processes optimization, develop business tools, etc. Close cooperation will bring short lead-times, high availability and the best total cost.
**What We're Looking For**
+ Strong understanding of **supply chain processes** supported by relevant education
+ Proficient in **SAP/BW** , with expertise in **PP (Production Planning)** and **MM (Materials Management)** modules
+ Skilled in **Microsoft Office** tools for data analysis, reporting, and communication
+ Experience in **project management** , including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination
+ Knowledge of **Lean** and **Six Sigma** methodologies for process improvement
+ Demonstrated **management** capabilities in cross-functional and team leadership settings
+ Conversational English
