about this team 

The Mexico Fulfillment team is a new team within supply chain. The team is responsible for coordinating various Fulfillment activities across the entire Mexico region (Distribution, Customs/Trade, Inventory Control, End to end Logistics). The team also works closely with Finance, Merchandise Planning, Treasury/Asset Protection as well as closely supporting all pillars for the region. Externally team works closely with our nominated Service Providers, Customs Broker, Domestic Transportation Carrier and 3PL Partner. Focusing on day-to-day operations, accountable for global fulfillment performance, planning resource requirements to meet the operations needs, both daily as well as forward looking, to influence and drive partnership with other SSC departments. Success is achieved when the team meets or exceeds our agreed service level agreements, KPI's and cost commitments.

Vendor and DC Transfer Invoice managementDocumentation control and communication with LSP (Logistics Service Providers)Tracking and tracing and communication with Customs Broker to support the timely Customs Clearance and delivery of import shipments from Global FGV (Finished Goods Vendors) and/or Global DC (Distribution Centers) to POD in Mexico and onwards to 3PL DC in Mexico CityException management through proactive communication with internal and external partnersEstablish and enhance good relationships with all cross functional stakeholdersAble to flag any irregularities to line manager Other tasks as assigned and within the scope of this role

 

qualifications 

Post Secondary education in Business, Commerce or Accounting3 years of experience related to international logisticsKnowledge of general accounting principlesStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishHigh attention to detailAbility to work independently and in a team, ability to develop solid working relationship with internal and external stakeholdersHigh proficiency in Microsoft Excel Prior experience in SAP and/or Infor Nexus preferredPrior experience in apparel/textiles within a retail organization an asset
