Inbound Distribution Supervisor (Onsite)

**What you will do**
As the Inbound Distribution Supervisor (Onsite), you will be a key leader in ensuring smooth, accurate, and high-quality warehouse operations. You’ll oversee a team of 15 direct reports with responsibility for inbound operations, return processes, and put-to-shelf functions—driving efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with established performance standards.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll guide daily operations, coach and develop team members, and implement process improvements that directly impact customer satisfaction and business success. You’ll also play a critical role in labor planning, workflow management, and fostering cross-departmental collaboration.
This position is first shift (Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM) with occasional overtime as business needs arise. + **Ensure compliance and accountability** by overseeing FDA procedures, required training, and month-end activities.
**What you need**
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree or 6 years of equivalent experience
+ 4 years of work experience distribution, logistics, or manufacturing
+ Previous leadership experience direct
+ Working knowledge in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint or similar tools
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Project Management experience
+ Medical device/regulated industry experience
+ Working knowledge in a ERP system experience in SAP or JDE or related tool
