**What you will do** As the Inbound Distribution Supervisor (Onsite), you will be a key leader in ensuring smooth, accurate, and high-quality warehouse operations. You’ll oversee a team of 15 direct reports with responsibility for inbound operations, return processes, and put-to-shelf functions—driving efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with established performance standards. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll guide daily operations, coach and develop team members, and implement process improvements that directly impact customer satisfaction and business success. You’ll also play a critical role in labor planning, workflow management, and fostering cross-departmental collaboration. This position is first shift (Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM) with occasional overtime as business needs arise.
