Inbound Call Representative

Job Description:

We’re looking for friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for drivers across the country, helping them navigate gate procedures and ensuring a smooth experience from arrival to departure.

 

You’ll use audio/video communication tools to assist with check-ins, answer questions, and provide timely updates. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment where clear communication, professionalism, and a positive attitude are key.

 

What You’ll Do:

Provide real-time support to drivers using two-way communication tools

Deliver excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving issues quickly

Keep all parties informed and updated throughout the process

Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A calm, professional demeanor under pressure

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting

Tech-savvy and comfortable using multiple systems

Preferred Experience: 

1+ year in a customer service role (call center, retail, or hospitality experience welcome)

Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

Experience Level: Entry Level

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
