**Job Title: Outbound Associate/Porter** **Key Responsibilities** **Facility Maintenance (Porter Duties):** + Maintain cleanliness across all departments and floors. + Deep scrub floors using side-by-side machine or auto scrubber 4x per week. + Sweep, spot mop, and scrub visible stains using medium bristled deck brush. + Sanitize mop buckets and floor machines at the end of each shift. + Organize cleaning supplies and janitorial closet. + Maintain tidiness of facility bathrooms. + Perform specific deep cleaning tasks as assigned. + Report incomplete tasks and machinery issues at shift end. + Notify supervisor when supplies are low. **Outbound Operations (Personal Shopper Duties):** + Pick and pack grocery items and other goods. + Scan items to ensure order accuracy and completion. + Protect customer goods during packing. + Audit products for quality. + Assist with department housekeeping. + Maintain productivity, cleanliness, and safety standards. **Qualifications** + Must be able to work weekends and holidays. + Comfortable with overnight or early morning shifts. + Able to work in warehouse/production environments. + Capable of standing/walking for 8–12 hours. + Able to lift up to 40 lbs intermittently. + Comfortable working in cold environments (32–38°F and below -10°F). + Must wear oil and slip-resistant shoes. + Strong communication and listening skills. + Team-oriented and adaptable to changing needs. + Experience with fresh produce or inventory is a plus (not required). **Work Environment & Physical Requirements** + Standing/walking: 6–10+ hours/day. + Frequent bending, twisting, squatting, reaching. + Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals. + Cold and wet environments. + Required safety gear: oil and slip-resistant shoes. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of New York, New York. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
