**POSITION SNAPSHOT** Location: Bangkok Company: Nestle Department: Commercial Development Team At least 2-3 years’ experience in FMCG POSM Management **A DAY IN THE LIFE…** + Responsible for POSM and In-Store Communication for responsible categories + Work closely with Channel Development Team, Marketing Team, Sales Team, Graphic Designer on key communication message, design & development, allocation alignment + Work with Procurement and agent for POSM production and cost + Work with Logistic team or 3rd party to ensure POSM being delivered on time with cost effectiveness + Work with Operation Team and Field Force to ensure execution completed and complied with trade activities plan + Develop merchandising guideline and briefing to Operation Team before execute trade visibility **ARE YOU A FIT?** + Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in FMCG Business or POSM agency + Strong interpersonal skills to work and communicate with sales/trade and other key functional areas. + Be able to work in agility and flexibility environment. + Ability to work under tight timelines and balance multiple projects. + Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
