You deploy the “Perfect POS” initiative so Mondelēz International can grow top-line sales and bottom-line margin while delivering stunning visibility in-store with consistently best-in-class display solutions.

How you will contribute

You will: 

Define and develop In store Standards for primary shelf and secondary placement in line with category and brand strategy, adapt it to each retail environment by customer and all supporting rationale and customer storiesLead end to end delivery of displays.Use Mondelēz International harmonized displays & design simplification principles; maintain project documentation & reporting to communicate clear status of projectsPerfect Store KPIs tracking and identify distribution opportunities – analysis, action plan and activities executionProvide support with fast track: analyze, calculate, prepare for revision, sign off and monitor priorities and results together with Category Planning and activationManage all activities in line with budgets agreed

More about this role

Responsible for all POSM designs and execution including permanent elements, events and campaigns, checkouts.Responsible for setting all POSM design principles.Responsible for landing all activation platforms.Coordinate with suppliers / agencies to ensure seamless execution for visibility and activations.Continuously work on PiOS tailoring and execution. Lead and track pack engineering stream.Continuously work on leveling up E-com virtual shelves.Work on category management projects for strategic customers.

Education / Certifications:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Job specific requirements:

5–7 years’ experience (preferably FMCG).

Excellent analytical ability with solid financial acumen.

Track record of delivering growth and leading cross-functional initiatives.
