Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Operations Analyst to join our CSR team. The ideal candidate will assist in various critical financial processes, including conducting Internal Control Walkthroughs.

Due Diligence - Risk Management in proposed association with NGOs

Identify the probable risk associated with the proposed association with NGOs by conducting a Due Diligence.Ensure completeness and accuracy of all the documents received from the NGOs.Coordinate with the project teams for the closure of Independence and Conflicts resultsCheck the negation of team members w.r.t ICW checksRead Audit reports and check for any observations

Trustee Meeting

Anchor the Trustee’s meetingCoordinate with the team members and collate the presentation deck.Prepare operational slidesRecord minutes of the meetingPrepare Circular resolution as and when required in a specified format.

MOU and Addendums

Execute Grant Agreements for approved projects by the Board of Trustees.Execute Addendums.Ensure the accuracy of the documents

Payments

Create payments in the system, disbursement coordination with financeEnsure timely disbursement of Grant payments to NGOs as per agreed terms and conditions as per Grant Agreements.Ensure compliance of payments as per CSR law and ensure accuracy in fund management.

Record Keeping

Maintain the hard copy records of all the MOUs and AddendumsMaintain the record of Trustee’s meetings

Statutory Audits

Maintain records and provide the details as required by the AuditorMaintain trackers to ensure data is captured correctly

Funds Flow Statement

Maintain the payment and project trackersPrepare cash flow statements

DPDP

Map the activities related to personal data collectionProcedures to ensure we manage personal data as per firms’ guidelinesConduct regular checks to ensure compliance

ISORecord keeping as per ISO certification requirementKeep a check on the control mechanism of permissions / data management

Qualifications

Candidate should have financial background – CA inter will be preferredShould have the experience of 2 to 3 yearsThe candidate should have the ability to work independently with minimal guidanceStrong stakeholder management and relationship skillsEffective time management and project management mandatoryShould be a team player
