Job Description & Summary: A career within Data and Analytics services will provide you with the opportunity to help organisations uncover enterprise insights and drive business results using smarter data analytics. Responsibilities:

Experience – 8+ Years Job Description · Own and manage product roadmaps aligned with business goals and customer needs · Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization using MoSCoW, WSJF, and other techniques · Operate across Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks in multi-squad agile environments · Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to define and deliver product features · Facilitate stakeholder alignment across functions, resolving conflicts and driving consensus · Translate strategic objectives into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria · Monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback and analytics · Contribute to agile maturity, process optimization, and product excellence across squads Ways to Stand Out · Proven ability to manage complex product roadmaps across distributed teams · Experience aligning cross-functional stakeholders and navigating competing priorities · Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills in high-stakes environments · PMP and Certified Product Owner credentials with hands-on agile delivery experience

Mandatory skill sets:

· Deep expertise in product roadmap planning and backlog management · Hands-on experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) · Proficiency in prioritization frameworks like MoSCoW, WSJF, and value-based scoring · Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills · Experience in multi-squad agile environments and scaled agile delivery · Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, and product analytics platforms

Preferred skill sets:

· Exposure to customer journey mapping and product discovery techniques · Experience in B2B or enterprise product environments · Certifications in SAFe, Scrum Product Owner, or Agile Coaching · Strong communication and facilitation skills across technical and business audiences · Experience in proposal development, reusable asset creation, and internal capability building
