- Lead and deliver AI/ML and GenAI solutions within the Health Industrie sector. 

- Drive innovation by leveraging AI technologies to solve complex challenges in 

healthcare and pharma. 

- Manage and mentor a team of AI professionals to ensure high-quality project delivery. 

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored AI solutions. 

- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI/ML and cloud technologies. 

- Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.

We are seeking an experienced **Senior Manager** with a deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI)** to join our team in the **Health Industries 

sector (including Pharma)**. This is a **full-time (FTE)** position starting 

strong background in **AI/ML**, **Generative AI (GenAI)** delivery, and cloud technologies.  

- Lead and deliver AI/ML and GenAI solutions within the Health Industrie sector. 

- Drive innovation by leveraging AI technologies to solve complex challenges in 

healthcare and pharma. 

- Manage and mentor a team of AI professionals to ensure high-quality project delivery. 

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored AI solutions. 

- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI/ML and cloud technologies. 

- Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables. 

## Experience & Qualifications 

- **Experience**: 12–14 years of professional experience, including: 

 - **7+ years** in AI/ML. 

 - **3–5 years** in Generative AI (GenAI) delivery. 

 - Prior experience in Big 4 or top-tier consulting is highly desirable. 

- **Certifications**: Cloud/AI certifications are required. 

- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing complex projects 

and cross-functional teams.
