A career within Data & Analytics will give you the chance to help organizations unlock enterprise insights and drive results through smarter analytics—with a strong emphasis on Trade Promotion Management. We partner with consumer goods, retail, and distribution clients to plan, execute, and optimize promotions by unifying data across point-of-sale, syndicated, loyalty, and finance systems; modeling uplift, baseline, cannibalization, and price elasticity; and turning trade spend into profitable growth. Our capabilities span business intelligence, data management, and data assurance, extended with TPM/TPO processes such as fund and accrual management, deduction resolution, post-event analytics, and scenario planning, enabling sales, finance, and revenue growth teams to collaborate and make faster, better decisions.

Responsibilities:

Experience – 5+ Years

Job Description

Serve as the go-to expert for VisualFabriq’s TPM/TPO/RGM modules (e.g., Promotion Planning, Optimization, Baselines and Forecasting, Funds and Accruals, Claims/Deductions, Reporting). Translate business objectives (revenue, margin, share, promo ROI) into solution design, configuration, and actionable workflows in VisualFabriq. Advise on TPM/TPO best practices, guardrails, and governance to maximize trade investment effectiveness and compliance. Contribute to discovery, requirements gathering, and fit–gap analysis across Sales, Finance, Revenue Growth Management, Supply Chain, and IT. Design end-to-end trade processes in VisualFabriq: annual planning, fund management, promo creation and approval, in-flight tracking, post-event analytics, accruals, and deduction resolution. Develop KPIs and success metrics (e.g., uplift vs. baseline, ROI, spend efficiency, forecast accuracy, leakage). Configure master data, product and customer hierarchies, calendars, price lists, promo mechanics, event templates, and approval workflows. Set up baselines, uplift models, cannibalization and halo logic, and price elasticity assumptions in alignment with category strategies. Partner with data engineers on pipelines, data transformations, and scheduling; ensure data freshness, lineage, and reliability. Implement data quality controls, reconciliation routines (plans vs. actuals vs. financials), and exception management. Configure funds, accrual logic, GL mappings, and period close processes; ensure SOX-compliant controls and audit trails. Align TPM with deductions resolution and settlement processes; improve cycle time and reduce leakage. Monitor daily jobs, data loads, and model performance; manage model retraining and parameter tuning. Track value realization (ROI uplift, forecast accuracy, deduction reduction) and drive continuous improvement backlogs. Prioritize enhancements, coordinate with VisualFabriq product/support teams, and manage roadmap and release calendars. Provide post-event analytics, insights, and recommendations to improve future promo effectiveness and retailer relationships.
