Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled SAP IBP Consultant to join our team as a Senior Associate. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) modules and a strong understanding of supply chain processes. This role involves solution design, implementation, and client engagement across planning functions.

Responsibilities:

· Implement and configure SAP IBP modules including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and S&OP

· Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions

· Perform data modeling, integration, and validation activities

· Support testing, training, and deployment phases of IBP projects

· Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations

· Participate in client workshops and contribute to solution design discussions

· Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery

Required Skills:

· 5–8 years of experience in SAP IBP implementation and support

· Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes

· Experience with SAP HANA, CPI, and integration tools is a plus

· Excellent communication and client-facing skills

· Ability to work independently and lead small teams
