Responsibilities: 

 

Required Skills  

- Expert in data visualization with Power BI, SQL queries, DAX and M with at least 3 years of experience.  
- Proven experience with modelling of semantic layers and data transformation (Power Query) with at least 2 years of experience.  
- Experience in managing and configuring gateways, ensuring secure data transfer and supporting direct query capabilities.  
- Expertise in capacity planning, with knowledge in monitoring and managing system capacity and optimizing performance.  
- Ability to automate tasks through scripting languages like PowerShell or Python.  

Key responsibilities  

- You coach, advise and support the business in using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.  
- You develop complex Power BI data models and dashbaords.  
-  You operate, monitor and manage the Microsoft Fabric capacity and related gateways.  
- You act as 2nd Level Support for Power BI and Fabric related incidents and problems.  
- You actively track changes in the Data Platform, analyse related risks and drive the changes in the organisation making sure that the changes are implemented in the compliant way  

Educational qualifications (incl. certificates)   

- AZ-900 Azure Fundamentals  
- PL-300: Power BI Data Analyst Associate  
- DP-600:  Microsoft Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate  

 

Mandatory skill sets: 

 

Minimum 3 years of experience in 
data visualization with Power BI, SQL queries, DAX and M 

Preferred skill sets: 

 

- You have experience as a Data Engineer.  
- You have experience with Alteryx.  
- You have working experience with Azure SQL, Azure Blob Storage, Databricks
