Responsibilities:
Department: Data & Analytics Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview: We are looking for a seasoned Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Specialist to become part of our Data & Analytics team. The ideal candidate should have 5–9 years of practical experience in creating and implementing scalable BI solutions utilizing tools such as Power BI, QlikView, Qlik Sense, Tableau, and Power Platform. This role demands expertise in data modeling, SQL, and UI/UX-focused dashboarding, along with a comprehensive understanding of BI architecture and its integration with cloud and enterprise systems. The candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and product owners to convert data into strategic insights. Key Responsibilities: · Develop, manage, and maintain interactive BI dashboards and reports using Power BI, QlikView, Qlik Sense, Tableau, and Power Platform. · Convert business requirements into scalable BI and analytics solutions using data modeling, SQL, DAX, and Qlik scripting. · Implement UI/UX best practices to create intuitive, user-friendly dashboards and visualizations.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical specifications. · Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and performance in BI systems. · Collaborate with Data Engineering and Governance teams to manage data availability and quality. · Encourage self-service BI adoption by publishing datasets and enabling data reusability. · Stay informed on modern BI tools, practices, and enterprise data strategies. Required Skills: · Hands-on experience with Power BI, QlikView, Qlik Sense, and/or Tableau. · Proficient in SQL, data modeling, and ETL/ELT pipelines. · Strong understanding of BI architecture, semantic modeling, and data governance. · Proven ability to apply UI/UX principles to dashboard design. · Strong communication skills and ability to interact with business and technical stakeholders. · Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and able to work independently and within a team. Preferred Skills: · Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Virtual Agents ).
· Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services, Dataflows, Datamarts. · Scripting abilities in DAX, M, Qlik Script, or Python (optional). · Knowledge of row-level security, incremental refresh, and data gateway setup. · Exposure to cloud-based BI deployment and enterprise reporting strategies. · Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodology. · Experience in multi-tool environments (e.g. Qlik + Power BI).
