*Responsibilities:

Performance Test Planning & Strategy

· Analyze D365 Functional & Technical requirements to identify performance testing needs.

· Define performance test strategy covering:

o Load Testing

o Stress Testing

o Endurance (Soak) Testing

o Spike Testing

· Identify critical business processes in D365 (Finance, SCM, Sales, Customer Service).

Test Design & Scripting (JMeter)

· Design and develop JMeter test scripts for:

o D365 Web UI scenarios

o REST/OData APIs

· Parameterize requests using:

o CSV Data Sets

o Dynamic variables (Correlation)

· Handle authentication mechanisms:

o Azure AD OAuth 2.0

o Bearer tokens for D365 APIs

· Implement timers, assertions, and listeners for accurate test execution.

*Mandatory skill sets:

D365 Technical Consultant

*Preferred skill sets:

D365 Retail, FRD creation, MS Dynamics finance & operation module
