Responsibilities:

· Lead and own the end-to-end delivery of Pega CLM/KYC modules including onboarding, due diligence, and risk assessment processes · Build modern, responsive UIs using Theme Cosmos, Cosmos React, and UI Kit based on the application needs and user experience goals · Perform code reviews, unit testing, and quality assurance to ensure robust and maintainable solutions. Prior experience in mentoring and leading small to mid-sized development teams. 

Mandatory skill sets:

· Minimum 4 years of experience in Pega development with at least 2 years in a lead developer role · Strong hands-on experience with Pega CLM/KYC frameworks, data models, and out-of-the-box rules · Expertise in Theme Cosmos, UI Kit, and Cosmos React with a clear understanding of SPA behavior and DX APIs · Pega certifications such as Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) or CSSA are highly preferred.
