Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain intelligent conversational experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents). • Build and customize Microsoft 365 Copilot experiences, including contextual extensions within M365 apps. • Develop and configure Microsoft Graph connectors to index and surface enterprise data securely within Copilot. • Integrate Copilot with Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, and third-party APIs to deliver complete automation solutions. • Build and manage plugins, function calling mechanisms, and custom connectors to enhance Copilot capabilities. • Collaborate with solution architects, business stakeholders, and data owners to design AI-enabled workflows. • Implement security, compliance, and governance best practices across all solutions. • Monitor, test, and optimize the performance of deployed copilots. • 6+ years of experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse). • Hands-on experience developing conversational agents with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Virtual Agents. • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot architecture, extensibility, and integration points. • Proficiency in building and managing Microsoft Graph connectors and securely accessing enterprise data. • Experience working with Adaptive Cards, Bot Framework, and Azure OpenAI or Language Services. • Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth2, and Azure Active Directory authentication models. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative and user-centric mindset.
